Our journey began in 2009 when Founder & CEO Renee, opened a tiny spice shop! With some extreme food allergies within her home, she started making her very own blends to feed her family. Her mixes included dry soups, meals, desserts and a wide verity of herbs and spices called Herb n Spice by Fusion-Blend! Renee perfected her seasonings blends and dry soups for many years before opening “Soup Korner” that she still uses in her restaurants today!
We believe that the quality of our ingredients is what sets us apart from other restaurants. That's why we cook our meats from local markets whenever possible. We are committed to using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients in all of our soups, salads and sandwiches.
